1. Appointments & Booking

• All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email with a booking reference number.
• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
• Please ensure your contact details are accurate — we will communicate via the email and phone number provided.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice required: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service price.
• To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

3. Arrival & Late Arrivals

• We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption for other clients.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

4. Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are in USD and inclusive of all charges.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers can be used toward any service of equal or greater value.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

6. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if we believe it is in the interest of your health or safety.
• Clients who appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be treated.

7. Personal Property

• We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto our premises.
• We recommend leaving valuables at home.

8. Intellectual Property
